Categories of data processed

In connection with the use of the site we may process the following categories of data:

• Browsing data: to operate the Internet protocols, the hosting provider’s systems and procedures may collect technical data (e.g. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of the request). They are used to ensure the proper functioning and security of the site.
• Data provided voluntarily: if you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you choose to share (e.g. name, email address, message content) in order to respond to your request.

Purposes and legal basis

We process data for the following purposes and legal bases:

• Responding to contact requests and managing pre-contractual and contractual relations (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Ensuring the functioning, security and maintenance of the site (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
• Complying with legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
• Any site usage statistics, only with your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). Such tools are currently not active.

Processing methods and retention

Data is processed with IT tools and security measures appropriate to prevent its loss, unlawful or unauthorized use and unauthorized access.

Data is retained for the time strictly necessary for the purposes for which it is collected and in compliance with legal obligations. Contact data provided voluntarily is kept for the time needed to handle the request and for subsequent obligations.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by parties providing iDev with technical services (for example the hosting provider), appointed as data processors where applicable. Data is neither disclosed nor transferred to third parties for their own purposes.

We do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making. Data is processed within the European Union; any transfer to third countries would only take place with the adequate safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

Rights of the data subject

You have the right to ask the controller for access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, to object to processing, data portability, and to withdraw any consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

To exercise your rights, write to info@idev-srl.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).

Changes to this notice

The controller may update this notice to reflect regulatory or organizational changes. Updates will be published on this page with the relevant update date.
